figuring it out
Regular followers of my blog, may find the apperance of it has changed slghtly.
If you are like me, change unsettles me a bit. Now , I am not implying the changes in my blog will be rocking your world today – but it could, and I wouldn’t want it to catch you off guard!
I recently changed from a free WordPress.com blog to a self hosted WordPress.org site. To my readers this means a new title, a new format and hopefully even greater content. However, because I am a little slow on the technology side, everything takes me longer than most people to embrace when making these changes.
My focus then becomes learning the method instead of the actual writing.
Example- it took me 40 minutes to recall how to sign into my blog. Frustrating.
I am typing this entry on my IPad – another great tool as a writer, but the spell check appears to be disabled, I am unable to backspace the way I need to into the middle of a paragraph to make corrections AND the cursor is currently invisible. Annoying at best- but inspite of the obstacles today- I am going to fling these words into the world in all of their glory. Warts and all. imperfections and mistakes.
Not perfect, but I am going to be ok with this. I will keep writing, keep encouraging and trust that in the process, you may be inspired to try your hand at living along with me – simply abundantly imperfectly but doing it.
