Music speaks to our soul. Last summer I had an opportunity to experience “The Voices of Lee,” a group of college students who come together and create beautiful music with only their voices. Oh. My. It is grace, worship and holy moments. I can not think of a better way for you to begin your weekend.
I heard this story on a podcast and had to search for more. Peggy, Jacob, Thad and Loryn Smith are creating love and hope by rewriting the story for a family of nine children through adoption. Yes – you read that right. Nine. Oh, my stars. I can not even imagine.
Each year, the second weekend in February women from all over the globe gather in homes, churches, and auditoriums to be challenged, encouraged and inspired to be Jesus to the world around them. It is the “IF Gathering” So many women, loving Jesus and seeking Him. You can still register and watch it online. Next year think about finding a group near you!
Little 18-month-old Lucas Warren has been chosen as the newest Gerber baby and is already a history maker. This little guy is the first baby ever selected for this honor with Down’s syndrome. He will be the “spokes-baby” for the company on all of their social media for the next 12 months. Congrats, little man, you heart stealer!
